DELIVERY

We ship to Canada and the mainland United States. For Canadian destinations, the required taxes are applied at checkout. For U.S. shipments, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.  Presently no duty / tax is charged at the border for orders totally $800 USD or less.

We aim to dispatch your product from our warehouse within one business day of payment being received (unless otherwise stated on the advert and excluding weekends).

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be happy with everything you buy from North American Custom Covers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will exchange or refund any unused items, provided it is returned in a sale-able/unused condition, in its original undamaged packaging, with your receipt/invoice and within 14 days from receipt of goods.

Please note that refunds will be provided usually within 48 hours of receipt of goods. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a resalable/unused condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund. We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged upon inspection, but not when a product is simply unwanted. Please note any postage incurred by returning items to us will not be refunded.
