Warranty

North American Custom Covers guarantees your purchase for 6 months against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a product proves to be defective within this period, we will offer a replacement if we have stock available, or a full refund. Warranty does not cover fading, which occurs naturally on all products used outdoors. It also does not cover the weather resistance of fabrics, which are dependent on the extremity of the weather in your location and care of usage, both of which are unable to be verified by us. Please note that this warranty does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear or excessive usage.

Be sure to include as much information as you can, including photos if possible. For authorized warranty claims, the shipping cost for the return of the product for inspection (if necessary) will be covered by North American Custom Covers.
